Deliveries

The delivery is free from 50€ of purchases in relay point for France, Belgium and Luxembourg

 

 

Order processing:

• All orders are processed Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. except on public holidays.

• The preparation of the parcels and the dispatch of these is generally done within 24 hours (working days) or even 48 hours if we have a lot of orders to prepare.

• If you choose to be delivered to a relay point, our shipping software will select the nearest relay point to your home.

When ordering, you can choose your relay by leaving a message in the box "special indication for the seller"

• AOnce your package is with the carrier of your choice, we will send you an email giving you the tracking number so that you can track your package on the carrier's website. If you don't have anything in your inbox, please check your spam.

Delivery times areestimates given by carriers.

Keratin Place makes every effort to respect the delivery times mentioned on the site. Nevertheless we cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery.

Relay point:

• France, Belgium, Luxembourg: Between 3 to 4 working days excluding public holidays

• Other European countries: Between 3 to 7 working days excluding public holidays

Home deliveries:

• France : 24 to 48 working hours excluding public holidays

(Attention since the Covid, Colissimo has taken the decision to avoid contacts as much as possible, and if this remains possible, the package will be put in the mailbox)

• Belgium: 48 working hours excluding public holidays.

 

 

For delays not listed above, you can contact us via our website or by email, and do not hesitate to do so also ifyou wish to obtain an EXPRESS delivery time in less than 24 hours.

Please note that during holidays or strikes, the delivery time may be longer due to the large number of parcels or the movement of strikers.
